Warranty:
1.We provide 12 months warranty for all products except accessories.
2.Artificial damages(screen dropped or broken,scrathes etc) is out of warranty, customers need to pay freight and new parts
change’s cost if need maintenance;
3.Items returned after 7 days upon delivery are only for repair.
4.The shipping cost will be afforded by customer and our company .

Inspection: 100% inspection before shipment
OEM/ODM Service: We have our own R&D department and engineers, OEM/ODM customized order is available
New Products: One or two new model will be designed and manufacture every 2 months.

1. Are your products with copyright?
Yes, most of our Products are with Copyright, but we also sell universal products.

2. Are these products with aftersale services?
Yes, our products are include warranty, for small quantity, replacement can be negotiated, for large quantity, we need them back for check and find out problem, then offer best solution.

3. What kind of payment do you accept.

We accept Paypal, and TT, and additional fee are different.
Paypal: 5% Additional Fee
TT: Every payment 12USD additional fee.

4. Do you support logo printing and new product development.
Yes, we have professionla R&D team, Industrial Design Team and manufature ability, we are willing to do more deep cooperation with clients.

5. Do you offer samples?
Yes, sample is supported, but we do not support free sample, please understand. For further cooperation, we will deduct the fee for sample and offer new product with orders.
